Vendor – How to purchase add-ons

Overview:
Add-ons are extra services designed to boost visibility, credibility, or engagement. You can purchase them at any time regardless of your main subscription plan.

Steps:

1. Go to My account → Subscription.
2. Scroll down to the “Need more? Add extra services anytime” section.
3. Review available add-ons – they’re grouped into 2 categories:
   • Marketing & visibility add-ons: options like Geo banner, ROW banner, Top listings, Product card, or Article blast.
   • Trust & engagement add-ons: options like Verified badge or Inquiry support.
4. Find the service you want and click Contact us.
5. In the form, specify which add-on(s) you’d like to activate.
6. The support team will contact you to confirm the request and provide payment details.
7. Once activated, your add-on will be activated in the agreed upon purchasing term.
