Vendor – Getting a top product placement

Overview:
Top products are highlighted listings that get extra visibility on our platform and appear in the “Top products” section of your account. You can activate this feature in 2 ways: through a paid plan or by purchasing an add-on.

Steps (Option 1 – via paid plan):

1. Go to My account → Subscription.
2. Choose a plan that includes Top product placements (Optimal or VIP).
3. Click Select tariff under your chosen plan and confirm.
4. Open the product editing page and scroll to Additional info → Top products.
5. Check the box “Show product in the block ‘Top products’.”
6. Click Submit for review. A pop-up will confirm that the product was successfully sent for review.
7. Once approved by admin, the product will appear in Products → Top products with the status Active.
8. You can check how many Top product placements you have left in the Top products section or in your current plan under Subscription.

Steps (Option 2 – via purchasing add-ons):

1. Go to My account → Subscription.
2. Scroll down to the “Marketing & visibility add-ons” section.
3. Select “Top listings”.
4. Click Contact us to request activation.
5. After confirmation, your product will appear as a Top product.
