Vendor – Changing subscription plan

Overview:
Vendors are automatically placed on the Free plan after registration. You can upgrade or change your plan anytime from your account settings.

Steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My account → Subscription.
3. Review the available plans: Free, Optimal, and VIP, and compare their features.
4. Click Select tariff under the plan you want to switch to.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear – click Confirm.
6. Your request will be automatically sent to the admin team for review and you’ll be redirected to the Chat section, where our team will assist you with the upgrade process if necessary. 
7. If your request is not approved or you need help choosing the right plan, contact us.

After submitting:

• If the plan change is approved, you’ll get a chat message saying your plan has been renewed. The new plan will appear as Current in your Subscription tab.
• If it’s rejected, you’ll get a chat message explaining the reason for rejection.

Where to find messages:

• All system messages about plan changes appear in My account → Chat.
• New or unread messages are marked with a counter on the left.
• To view details, simply click on the message and the conversation will open on the right.
