User – Contacting with the vendor

Overview:
After you’ve found a product that interests you, you can contact the vendor directly through the platform. All communication and negotiation take place between you and the vendor, our platform only provides the connection.

Steps:

1. After selecting a product, open its product page to view details.
2. To contact the vendor, click View contact details – a pop-up window will appear with the vendor’s information:
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Responsible manager’s name
3. You can copy the email or phone number using the small copy icons on the right.
4. To start a direct chat, click Chat now.
5. You will be redirected to the Chat section in your account.
6. A chat room will be automatically created between you and the vendor’s manager. You can now send messages, discuss terms, and place your order directly with them.

Note:
Our platform does not participate in transactions or communication. All orders, payments, and agreements are handled directly between you and the vendor.
