Vendor – Product verification and status types

Overview:
Each product submitted to the marketplace goes through moderation. You can track your product status directly in the Products section of your account.

Steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My account → Products.
3. On the left panel, use the filters to view products by status: Active, Pending, On draft, or Rejected.

Statuses explained:

• Active: your product has been reviewed and approved by the moderation team. It is accessible to all buyers on the marketplace.
• Pending: your product is under review. The moderation team will check your submission and approve or reject it.
• On draft: the product is saved but not yet submitted for review. You can continue editing it anytime.
• Rejected: your product was reviewed but not approved. 

Inactive: the product was manually hidden or removed from the platform.
